About

NoReply is a place to publish the replies you write but never send.

The email you drafted and never sent. The friend who stopped responding. The conversation you rehearsed in your head but never had. The manager who told you that you weren't a culture fit.

Most of those stories end with you writing a long, careful answer in your head and never sending it. Sometimes you draft it in your notes app. Sometimes you draft it in a Slack message you never hit return on. Sometimes you don't write it down at all and just carry it.

You can put it down here.

How it works

You post anonymously, or under your account. You write what you wanted to say. Other people can react, or not. They can reply with their own version of the same experience, or not.

No follower counts. No likes-as-currency. No algorithm pushing your post into a feed that decides what's worth seeing. Posts appear in chronological order, or sorted by the simple “resonance” reaction count, which means “I have lived a version of this.”

What this is not

This is not a place to name and shame people. The community guidelines are short and we enforce them. Don't post the real names, contact info, or identifying details of the people you're writing about. The replies are anonymous on both ends.

This is not a place to advertise. No newsletters, no products, no “follow me on X.” If you want to write about something that involves your startup, that's fine. If you want to use a post as a vehicle to promote your startup, that's not.

This is also not therapy. If something hurts in a way that needs more than a place to put it down, please talk to someone trained to help.

Who built this

One person, working from Türkiye. NoReply runs on a small infrastructure budget paid out of pocket. There is a Pro tier in development for people who want to support the project; everything that matters to the core experience will always be free.
